Boiler fault ?

Calydra 80 heating working ok ,but hot water ,boiler fires after a few minutes the boiler stops fireing ,from then on it stops and starts repeatedly,tried changeing the heat thermistors and high temp censor but makes no difference.

most likely the dhw heat exchanger is blocked. the water to the heat ex cant flow through fast so heats up quick causing the boiler to shut down, then it fire up then shut down. this will cause luke warm water then cold again
