water in sensor renault clio 1998?

due to heavy rain water has got in the immobiliser sensor in the roof of my son's car and now it will not start. what can we do?

blow out the water with a air line.then genty dry out with air dryer on low setting the through for the sun roof will be full of water try to get a thin pipe in to drain it .
