How do I Factory reset my alarm, all the walk tests are ok as well as the strobe and bell test, but in an alarm condition, the bell does not activate

Did your system go into full alarm prior to this?

Sounds like you need the engineer in to reset it, also we don't give out restore/ default info on here for obvious reasons.The engineering manual can assist if you understand the terminology.
