I Have a Ideal Mini Boiler And a 2 Week Old Baby. The Pilot Light Is Out And We Can Not Get It To Light The Light Next To The Rest Button Is Glowing Red, I Have Pushed The Red Reset Button But It Is Not Re Lihghting, Can Any One Help

Model No, would help, IF it is a combi boiler, It will not have a pilot light, It will light when needed. Check the pressure if a combi, should be about 1 bar, if not, you will find a flexible pipe some where close to the boiler, whith a valve on it. That is the fill loop, use that to increase pressure. If that fixes it, monitor pressure, as you might have a leak.
