euro mini alarm system?

Following a power cut the alarm is not responding,it is displaying time and date and company logo as per usual but we can't use the alarm.

The keypad buttons are not lighting up and there is a flashing green light, top left. Can anyone tell us which buttons should be pressed to clear the system, we have lost the user instructions thanx.

No matter Alarm, I have had my rant, childish I know but I detest time wasters, especially when you get to my age lol.

I added an answer, seems it was edited.
E Mano it was in praise of your previous additions to this site and a knock for the bell ends that make the questions trying to save a few quid when they know they have to send. Fair enough saving a bit but sometimes the bullet has to be bitten,

Note to admin, please explain what was wrong rather than delete,

swings and roundabouts mike, you are missing my point here!,

I don't care who's right or wrong I simply mean Lance shouldn't be wasting our time. He knew before he come on here that he only has low level entry eg ,full and part set and option C will have been programmed at his request by his engineer.

That's it nothing else, that's why I give him option D menu's to prove that point.

Lance if you are reading this would you care to comment?,bet ya don't because you know you have wasted our time.

These castlecare tec including the meridian can be programmed in such a way as manno writes.

Me not sure about anything these days alarm, well not on here anyway lol.

No seriously, it doe's sound like the Op has low level entry on his system, and why he's on here with a system screaming contract beats me.

You know as well as me that if the system has been programmed for user , then this system will aknowledge and clear the AC fail providing onboard diagnostics run true.

Bet this system needs the master, also there was no mention of a full alarm condition when the mains failed,so at this level should we presume the battery has failed?. Possible, but the fact of the matter is this OP shouldn't be on here wasting our time with this matter when he has the alarm co name and almost definitely their tel number.

Pleas don't take this insert the wrong way(challenge), its not but this OP should know better.

Cannot see AC reset by engineer on this, though not worked on these for a bit.

Company logo and presumably their tel no,

What doe's that tell you?

Simply entering your user code should clear the AC fail ,and reset the system. But on yours you will need the engineer in for a reset. See if you can read the log, bet you can't, as that is probably not accessible by you the user either.

Enter your user code and press D scroll through the menu by pressing NO until you find the log, press yes and see what it says. Keep pressing no until you reach exit menu then press yes to return to day mode (time date and company banner displayed).

Now you've had a play contact the company and book a visit.
