had one like this not long ago,pumped the hand primer and it would go and run all day,next morning the same.Fitted a complete hand primer/pipe to cure it.That is not to say that is your fault,you may have heater plug issues and if you have any engine management lights on then it really should go on to a code reader,good luck.
