How to replace rear felt bearing on White Knight 38AW dryer?

The rear felt and associated plastic bearings on my White Knight 38AW (model no. 031238A15090/21) have disintegrated. I know I can buy the parts but I don't know how they go together. Can anybody help?

undo the top and back panel.remove belt and with a tight squeeze you can pull the drum out through the top
