water not gathering in container WK 767c?

We have a White Knight 767c tumble dryer and just noticed the water isn't gathering in the container. We moved house and this problem has only now risen.. Anything I can do?

there is a pump at the back to pump water in to the top tank.If it fails or jams this could be your issue?
