Kenmore ultrawash dishwasher control panel will not function properly and cannot start any cycles, digital readout numbers are partially illuminated or not at all. Been a problem for several months but still could eventually get it to start, just could not control which cycle would run. Now will not start at all. Blinking red lights on normal wash cycle and "lock on" light. Cannot turn off the lock feature. How to reset and will this fix the problem?
