I have an A4 Audi 5 years old with a builtin sat nav ?

unit is malfunctioning. the gps is erratic and the verbal instructions are often incorrect what do you suggest

New car, 5 yrs old after all. Other than that, could be faulty unit, dry joint in the soldering, would need a replacement unit. But check all related wiring first, But would think it is the unit
