You don't need to fit all those parts to derestrict your scoot. Most scooter restictors are fitted in either the carb, exhaust & maybe a spacer in the variator, some big motorbikes will have theirs in the ecu.
I think the Jog is similar to the Neos so the restrictor is a washer in the variator & a resonator pipe sticking out in the middle of the exhaust which can be cut off & sealed.
If someone advised you to buy all those parts then they must be after your cash. Save your money & buy a 125cc if you're old enough.
