HJA 6852 Fridge freezer.(Howdens.)only freezer works.?
Your answer: My mum purchased a Fridge Freezer 14months ago and to our dismay the Freezer is only working.
I have phoned the number in the product guide 0845 0060006 and was horrified to be told that the call out charge my mum who is 76years old would be £129!!!
Quite frankly for a 14month old appliance that is barely used this is extortionate.

i have heard of this fault on these fridge freezers turn it of for 24 hours then it should work its a ice build up, it will continue doing in warm conditions,
