hotpoint ultima cdt80 dryer,drum turns when empty but not when loaded?
we have a hotpoint ultima cdt80 dryer,the drum turns when empty but not when there is any load in it.there is a humming sound which sounds like it is trying to work.the drum moves freely by hand.any help much appreciated.
