Bosch dryer exxcel 86304gb filter warning light?

The filter warning light on my Bosch exxcel tumble dryer keeps flashing after a couple of minutes stopping the cycle. I have cleaned out both filters but have had no success. Please help

Does it do it with the drum empty of clothes and set on time dry?
