what could be the problem? The moisture is not getting into the water tray, so the clothes are not drying. Motor is ok and it is getting hot enough to dry but will not dry the clothes

Aluminium condenser has to be pulled out and washed now and again ...
put it outside and pour water on the condenser from both directions ..

It will be full of fluff...you may have to add detergent to loosen the fluff.


The condenser should be pulled out and cleaned about every 20 hours of use.

Also the screen in front of the door should be de-fluffed before each use.
