How can I fix my Candy condenser dryer?

My Candy reverse action condenser dryer is operates with power and spins, however there is no heat whatsoever. Any ideas? Themostat perhaps? The empty filter light is on even though the filter is clean. Many thanks

elements damaged or thermal fuse blown in element assembly.
spares probably available from GIAS in Bolton, Lancashire.

we are having same problem- could be the elements-just taken them out(situated behind back panel) one appears to be broken & none of then heat up when tumble switched on. let u know if replacing them works-need to get parts.

We also are experiencing this very problem. No heat is generated, and the "clean filter" light keeps coming on, despite our having very thoroughly washed, cleaned, and vacuumed the filter (and all other accessible parts of the dryer). With three users posting this same question within a month, clearly this is not an isolated problem. Any ideas?

Umm, I have exactly the same problem... please can someone help us. Ive had mine apart in the kitchen, and the only thing I can think of is a small sensor, which I think is a fluff sensor, which I expect acts on resistance. Any one else have any ideas? and does any one know where we could get the parts for one of these machines? mine is a Candy CIC60

Many Thanks
Naomi
