Cooker hood lights?

When I turn on the cooker hood lights they flicker all the time

Could be the bulbs are loose if they are screw in type. Could be excessive vibration from the fan motor causing the filaments to shake. You could try fitting energy saving lamps they dont have any filaments. Cheers
