can a lever on a front passenger seat (3 door) be replaced?

the lever to pull the seat up to allow rear passengers to enter the car,can this be either replaced or repaired?

yes it can be fixed take seat out look for the hook you might have too move the cloth hope this helps not very good telling people but you can do it luck
