Nissan primera 2005 boot lock keeps opening please help?

My boot lock on Nissan primera 2005 1.8 keeps opening by its self even though I have locked the car with the central locking, but not straight away but at any time and the alarm goes off, had two flat battery's now. And if I need a new boot lock where can I get them?
