Ford galaxy fault, Starts run for 3 to 5 minutes and goes off?

Hi my name is Kenneth, I have a Ford Galaxy 2003 mode, 02 plate, and it is a diessel engine. It starts, run for about 3 to 5 minutes, then it goes off. I have changed the fuel injector, changed the fuel pumps, and also changed plugs wires, what do I do next.
