i have a diesel mondeo 2ltr on pull away in low gears chucks out lots of smoke with hesitation to pull away and as i change gear the revs hold and feels like you are riding the clutch
parts replaced are turbo / injectors / pipe below egr value / alternator belt tensioner / starter motor / alternater and the clutch dual mass fly wheel
dont know what to do nobody seems to have a clue

it is very difficult to determine your fault and is one of those typical with modern motors where if there are no fault codes available then guessing what it is can cost an absolute fortune,and in some cases probably write a motor off,I can only suggest to try it onto the Ford IDS system if it hasn`t been on before and also a crank/cam sensor may be worth a go also which wont break the bank,try a scrappy for 2nd hand,good luck

i have spent £2500-£3000 in total egr value and intake system clean been cleaned no spilts and filters are up to date nobody can find the problem i feel its over fueling but dont know how

were all these parts renewed because of your fault?If so you have wasted a lot of money.Did you try cleaning EGR valve and is the intake system nice and clean.Any splits in intercooler hoses and filters up to date?These are just some checks worth doing unless they have been done already.
