my pulse strider 125 scooter used to do 50 mph now it will not go above 30 mph now changed spark plug and fuel fillter no joy whats wrong

Sorry man but I know shag all about Chinese bikes except they copy Japanese machines very badly. First thing I'd do is whip off the top of the carb & check the diaphragm for any rips or cracks or it could well be a dodgy high tenstion coil or tappets needing adjustment.
