Followed instructions on emptying pump (several times) and it still won't work. Still got the double flashing lights even though I am 12p and 2 hair grips richer!
Will I need to have the pump replaced and if so where do I find a man who can? OR Do I need to buy a new machine? OR What else can I do? Please help!

if still not emptying you have got to establish if you have a blockage in the hoses or a faulty pump, if you get a side to side movement in the shaft of the pump it is worn and needs replacing, clockwise/anticlockwise rotation with magnetic resistance is ok, check the empty hose for blockage by dropping something small like a socket through it
