Part # SDSDQ-16384 AW11M And I could Not Get It to Register On My Phone Verizon Samsung IT Calls For A SD Sandisk Micro Memory Card.

There are 3 grades for SD cards: Normal, HC and XC.
A device made for normal can only use a normal card.
A device made for HC can use both the normal and HC.
A device made for XC can use all tree,
Your phone need the normal variety and can't use the higher specification HC model.
