the dial goes round, have taken off plinth and removed filter cap but cannot remove the tunnel plastic?? any idea's? also when washing, it doesn't drain. any help would be great

The "tunnel plastic" should have come out with the filter cap so it is jammed, best to lean machine back against wall and refit cap to locate onto tunnel then twist forward and back to try to release it , if not pump will have to be removed and dismantled Cheers
