barrel 3 pin socket connector from trimmer to battery cracked,small screw that connects it to outer metal casing missing,makers say they cannot supply this part.I don't know if this is the problem or something else,I always charge batteries after use,it was working perfectly last time I used it,any help would be appreciated.
