Tablet is still incompartment after wash cycle?

I have a Beko D2731 FW, when I place a tablet into the container & shut the lid I then start the machine. It finishes it's cycle but the tablet is is still inside the container with the lid shut. Can anyone please help me out with this. Thanks Janet
