my son snapped my rear wiper arm from my renault scenic 2004, does anyone know how to remove it?

hi clare if you lift up the plastic cup part that is on the motor it should have a nut on it simply get a spanner and undo it then it should pull off if it wont come off just tap it round the edges with a hammer dont miss and smash the window thow or it might be just a pull off wiper arm hope this helps you
