my dyson doesnt pick up iv cleaned filters made sure theres no blockage its like the frount doesnt reach floor propperley

need to know the dc number,but if it is a dc01 the little runner on the top of the main casing can become tight.lower the handle to the floor and look for the little runner in the groove.applying some household furniture polish as lubricant usually helps to drop the base.also,check the belt.both these operations must be carried out with the cleaner isolated from the mains.
