i have bought a second hand rs21ncsz samsung fridge freezer, only problem is the fridge part doesn't get cold enough?.........why? when i first bought it, it was smelling the house out! now the smell has gone?????...........dont know why? but fridge still not cold enough? have rung 3 fridge engineers and they have all said 'not touching that for anything its a specialist job!!!!! is there anyone out there that has the knowledge or skills to help me, even if its just telling me online what to do? please help......the freezer is fine, but dairy products are going off in a couple of days in the fridge!!

hi sounds like the usual rs21 problem, ie freezer ok but fridge temp high , we had same fault and got some advice form guy called ally - hes a samsung engineer

if its same as us you will be able to fix it with a repair kit - best thing to do is call ally 07407 734 204 for advise , he can also overnight parts to you ..
