Code 6 & c for optima 2 plus?

Hello I had an power failure the other week. Since we had power again, our alarm system gone strange - code 6 and c keep flashing on the pad. Can you help > thanks

We have reset it to factory setting and also called a local engineer out to have a look and still don't know why tamper and code 6 is still flashing ..

I seem to remember these could go a bit wonky with a battery fault. You need to "crash" it as in do a factory restart.
Got a manual?

Thanks, replaced new battery and still get same error flashing 6 and c codes. pressed reset twice and still have no joy. :) Has anyone any clues...

Press reset twice, it should return to day mode, if it doesn't respond then replace the control panel backup battery.

You should be alright as your system is set up for a user reset,

Power off first before you go in to replace the battery, better off being safe.
