Briggs & Stratton on Mountfield LS45?
On start up the engine races and then falls back to idle. Like someone blipping the throttle. A small linkage can be seen moving left/right/left/right in time with this. Have poured Redex down the carb but no effect. Plug is black but new. Hunting, too rich?
