There is a shortage in the electrical wiring just as it enters into the back of the cleaner I can't get the casing off to get to that part of the wiring I took off a small strip of plastic on the inside on the right hand side I can see the wire but cannot get to the area where it actually feeds into the cleaner from the back if I wriggle the wire it cuts out so I know it's just a shortage in the wiring
