optima 2 plus alarm ?

how can i fix alarm set the alarm but when pirs,door contacts are activated the alarm does not activate,also sounders do not sound optima 2 plus 20 years plus old changed battery

replace the bit of junk,it was a bit of junk when new,and still is,buy a better panel mate,and replace the battery too
