Polti 950 Knob Cap?

Hi, having difficulties trying to get the knob off to pour water into the steamer.

Tried turning it on and the steamer is working fine , let it cool down but still unable to undo the knob to pour water in to it.

Am I doing something wrong......

dont think so,all you can do is use spanner or good pliers they sometime get real sticky to remove
