i have a bosch fridge freezer ksr34465 and the drain hole is blocked ?

how do i unblock a drain hole on my bosch fridge freezer. it has happened before and an engineer un blocked it under warranty. i have forgotten where this drain hole is does anyone know? its a bosch fridge freezer model number KSR34465
