have 2 problems

1st eletric start doesnt work,it only makes a click and doesnt start(have new battery)lights all rest works.

2nd even with kick start it wont start!
bike its been stoped for a year ,but few months ago, cleaned carburator changed fuel and oil,and after a day playing it started!runed for a day and the next day it wouldent start again!ow air filter was gone so had it open and to make it start had my hands in the air entrance that goes to carburator and like that i made it start..hav an air filter now but still wont start at all!
dont know what else could it be,even tho the electric start no working manage to start on the kick b4,but no going anymore
