Windows 7 and Vista each have a "hidden" administrator account - it is relatively easy to activate it.

Use Google and search for Hidden Administrator - you'll solve your problem in about 5 minutes with no head scratching - promise... or...

All Programs
Accessories
Command Prompt (RIGHT CLICK)
Run as Administrator

Enter the text...

net user administrator /active:yes

And just see what happens :)

To become an administrator, you need an administrator (someone who can access the administrator account) to create an administrator account for you, or elevate an existing account to the administrator hroup, or give you the needed password.

You may be lucky.
Try opening a cession as administrator and use an empty password (leave the password field empty).

The administrator account is the account that have the right to install/uninstall programms for all users.
It also have the right to modify any file and settings on the computer, especialy those that affect all users. It can also be used to create or suppress an account and change it's autorisations.

You need to enter the administrator password or log in as administrator, with the correct password, to proceede. If you can't, ask the person who have the password to do the cleaning for you.

An administrator is the person or persons who set the computer up,and registered it from new,if a family share the computer the mother or father will probably be the administrator.
