trafic wont rev above 2500 rpm?

hi all my van wont rev above 2500rpm obd fault showed glow plug and egr faults
you dont need the glow plugs above 4 degrees and i bypassed (Blanked off the egr) and had the obd reset
still the problem persists
any renault pros out there in internet land that can help
