Last time run, the chair was exited, and when turned back to operating postion, the power light would not come on and the chair is not operational. This chair was equipped with new batteries and was operating satisfactorily till this point. Check every switch and adjusment to no avail. This was bought used and was an exact match for our stairway in length. We are located near Eugene, OR. What do you suggest
