We were given a frost free fridge freezer - model no CFA361XU, about 4 weeks ago and the freezer isn't freezing properly, ice cream is soft and food I have made to freeze isn't freezing, there is also water on the bottom of the fridge which is turning to ice. I don't have the manual so cannot see any trouble shooting idea's, can anyone help.
