Hi, drum spring went which has been replaced but no there is no water coming into or draining away from the amchine?

If no water is coming in to the machine then there will be no water to drain out. So your description makes no sense. Also, why do people not put down the make and model of the machine they are asking about? Do you all think that there is only one make/model in the world and everyone has the same?
