I have only used my carpet cleaner twice but last time I tried to use it all the cleaning solution and water came out in one go soaking my carpet. Luckily it sucked all the water back up again but we cant find the receipt and vax wont repair it without proof of purchase.

if anyone can tell me why this has happened to my machine as well id love to know, i bought it 3 /4 years ago and have used it about 3 times , i used it once and all the water came out through the bottom i checked and double checked that i had it set right please help my carpets need cleaning
