Just a thought ,, have you checked the distance between fly wheel magnets and that the spark plug is not a duff one.. ??

I also needed the same coil for mccollough MT270X. Ordered einhell 450148501144. Received unit with number 9288-310001 printed on it. Still no spark. Magnets on fly wheel seem strong. Disconnected kill switch. Turning fly wheel with cordless drill in both directions but still no spark. Resistance readings on new coil compare with original. Pulling my hair out.
