It's probable that you need to replace your battery.
With the new battery, there are some precautions to take:
Wait untill the charge is low (10%) to very low (less than 5%) before you recharge. NEVER recharge it if the charge is over 30%.
Your battery can be recharged a limited number of times. It don't mather how much of it's charge have been used, only the fact that it provided some current and have been recharged.
NEVER EVER leave any lithium-ion battery totaly drained for any duration. IT WILL KILL IT ! If the battery is totaly drained, recharge it NOW!
If the battery is down to less than 5%, you should stop using it immediately, unless you can recharge it within the next few hours.
