dishwasher teka model; dw640f1-vr01?

I have a TEKA Dishwasher Model DW640F1-VR01,
When I try to start it All the indicator lights flash and the warning buzzer sounds when the door is closed, how can I rectify this I cannot find the manual to identify the problem.
Any help would be great
