Halogen Hobs Stays on Full Temperature?

Hello

I have a NewWorld 60ECHDG cooker with halogen hobs.

When i turn on an hob it stays on low for a moment or two, then the temperature goes to full heat and stays on full heat.

This as happened to three hobs, i only have one hob left to cook on.

I'd be very grateful for any help

you have a hob unit,with 4 rings on it,the heat controllers are worn must be an old unit,replace all the heat controllers,get a quote me be cheaper to buy a new hob unit
