jin lun 125cc t13?

i have a jin lun 125cc t13, ihave changed the exhaust system but now the top speed has dropped to 40-45mph. does anyone know what might be wrong.

well if the only thing you have changed since the power/speed loss is the exhaust then i would say the exhaust is blocked and not letting the gases flow freely
