How to fix my fridge/freezer Schreiber-APM6855?

Hi,I have the Schreiber APM6855/Self De-Frost. we also are having problem with Temp/+8 the dreaded H. also switched off for 48hrs, still same problem can it be thermostat. hope u can help thanks.

I am the same tried defrosting it for 48hrs works for 2 weeks then back to the same that H and the alarm going off all the time I press freezer button for 3 sec it stops but after a min it comes back on . I take it it's a new fridge freezer then
