i have ADEMCO 10 SE. i have checked all of the sensors, changed the 12 volt battery in the main box. i have talked to the monitoring company and they have helped me with the reseting of the system. after the system displays READY. i set the alarm at night. and during the night the alarm will sound. when i check the monitor, it reads, all zones tripped. after that the system will not let me reset. the screen reads CHECK, and shows the zones tripped. it shows zones 09,10,11,12,13. i don't have a zone 09. i need help to figure how to fix it. if anyone can help or has a suggestion, please respond
